Carnival Without Trash

The biggest party of the world happens practically every upcoming year, and we have to prepare our home for the tourists and relatives who will be visiting our beautiful beaches. The Carnival, so expected, has to be sustainable, clean and nice for all.

There are lots of rain, lots of trash in the gutters, lots of black tongues in our city. However we will we clean and we will avoid the discharge of trash in inappropriate places, looking always to sustainability.

Because of that, the “Carnival Without Trash” campaign is essential with the public and private powers, in addition to uniting volunteers! The Cleaning Beach Block has innovated Rio’s Carnival worrying about the incorrect discharge of residues from blocks, bands, electric trios, revelers and others, on Rio’s beaches.

The residues collected will be given to recycling institutions. Every participant receives bags and gloves. All are very welcome to participate in this crowed, in behalf of the environmental awareness in our beaches.

Do your part bettering sustainability in our city and country, and fight for a Sustainable Carnival!

This event has counted with the co-sponsorship of King of Mate, and with the support of Parme, the Climate Institute, Posto Seis News, Plasticenter, the City of Rio’s Environmental Secretary, ASAP, ASAG, My Eco Cup, Recicla Surf, On The Beach Show, Video Clipping Productions, Rico Surf, Ortofisio da Barra, People Like, ECP, BMG, and Clean Up The World.

A Amigança Productions accomplishment.
